My assessment is that the Sony A7R V has vast superiority over the Leica SL3: Leica SL3 vs Sony A7R V: In-Depth Value Comparison. Some of those points are elaborated-upon here.
A lot of this is clown-show material which could be fixed by a firmware update, but Leica seems clueless as to how to make a camera work efficiently.
