This aperture series from f/2.8 through f/8 evaluates the far distance performance of the Hasselblad XCD 65mm f/2.8 including sharpness and overall lens correction along with real (actual) depth of field gains with stopping down.
Includes images up to full camera resolution.
Lens skew ===> lens mount/sensor parallelism
Superlative performance wide open excepting a definite left/right lens skew which I believe to be *not* a lens issue but a lens mount/sensor parallelism issue because it is a consistent lens skew forward on the right side. That is, focus is closer to the camera at right edge and farther from the camera at left edge, as seen here with the 65/2.8 and with the 80/1.9 and with the 35-75 zoom. This skew is easily seen on the rock formations at far distance at f/4, as well as at closer range. It is clear-cut not-right
