Incredible Image Upscaling with Gigapixel AI (October 2019)

Can you scale a 100 megapixel image to 400 megapixels and hardly believe your eyes?

Last month’s article discussed creating immersive imagery with the Fujifilm GFX100 with the wonderful combination of a 100 megapixel sensor along with focus stacking. The visual impact of a well-done 100MP focus stacked image is strikingly novel, setting a high bar in visual persuasion. Similar principles apply for 50 megapixel or 150 megapixel medium format cameras.
